复方平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉106例130眼.其中进行性117眼,复发性13眼.取得较好效果.无明显不良反应。药物配制:0.2％平阳霉素,0.25％强的松龙.0.75％布比卡因3种药液以2:2:1比例混合.治疗方法:取配制药液0.4ml注入胬肉体部结膜下.随2周重复一次.最多3次。治愈104眼.占80％随访9～14月,未见复发.有效率100％。平阳霉素为核酸代谢抑制剂.能抑制胬肉生长并使之萎缩.且可使结膜恢复正常状态.
