目的观察莫匹罗星软膏联合红外线照射治疗皮肤擦伤并感染的疗效。方法将门诊54例皮肤擦伤及感染的病人随机分成对照组(27例)和观察组(27例)。对照组采用生理盐水清洗伤口,碘伏消毒创面及周围皮肤后,用依沙丫啶纱布湿敷换药;观察组采用生理盐水清洗伤口及碘伏消毒创面及周围皮肤后,涂上莫匹罗星软膏,再用红外线照射20~30 min。比较2组伤口的愈合时间和治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗有效率及愈合时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫匹罗星软膏联合红外线治疗皮肤擦伤及感染,创面愈合时间缩短,治疗率明显提高,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of mupirocin ointment combined with infrared radiation on skin abrasion and infection. Methods Fifty-four outpatients with skin abrasions and infections were randomly divided into control group (27 cases) and observation group (27 cases). In the control group, the wounds were washed with saline, iodophor disinfection wounds and the surrounding skin, and then dressing was applied with gauze acyclovir wet dressing. The observation group was treated with normal saline to wash the wounds and iodophor disinfection wounds and the surrounding skin, Star ointment, then infrared irradiation 20 ~ 30 min. The wound healing time and efficiency of two groups were compared. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment efficiency and healing time, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Mupirocin ointment combined with infrared treatment of skin abrasions and infections, wound healing time is shortened, the treatment rate was significantly improved, the effect was significant.
