随着社会经济的进一步发展,高职会计专业“应用型人才”的技能培养规范性问题被越来越多的业内外人士所重视。实训指导师的培养也成为了高职院校师资队伍建设的重点,本文从教育生态学的视角对培养高职会计专业实训指导师的途径和多元保障机制进行了相关探讨。
With the further development of social economy, the standardization of skills training in higher vocational accounting major “applied talents ” has been paid more attention by more and more people from both inside and outside the industry. The cultivation of training instructors has also become the focus of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses the ways of training higher vocational accounting training instructors and the multiple security mechanisms from the perspective of educational ecology.
