为改善生土地坑窑存在的通风不畅、室内潮湿严重等状况,以河南省三门峡庙上村某地坑窑为研究对象,在定量分析其理论上所需通风量的基础上,提出了1种置换式通风系统以满足窑室通风量需求,并采用现场测试的方法对比了置换通风与自然通风的通风效果。通过建立ANSYS有限元分析模型,探讨了置换通风系统对地坑窑结构性能的影响。研究结果表明:置换通风系统可以满足地坑窑通风量的需求,而且该置换通风系统安装施工简单、造价较低、不影响地坑窑的结构安全性。
In order to improve the unfavorable ventilation and indoor dampness in the pit kiln, the paper takes a pit kiln in Miaoxue Village, Sanmenxia, Henan Province as the research object, and on the basis of quantitative analysis of the theoretical amount of ventilation, proposes a Displacement ventilation system to meet the needs of the ventilation room kiln, and the use of field test method compared the replacement ventilation and natural ventilation ventilation effect. Through the establishment of ANSYS finite element analysis model, the effect of displacement ventilation system on the performance of pit kiln is discussed. The results show that the displacement ventilation system can meet the ventilation capacity of pit kiln, and the displacement ventilation system is simple and easy to install, with low cost and does not affect the structural safety of the pit kiln.
