针对武钢综合废水回用处理工程目前的运行情况,对其进行了增加污泥回流和优化投药量的动态模拟试验。通过对优化后污水处理效果的分析,证明了该物化处理工艺优化后对废水的处理效果有明显的改善。结果表明:在前混凝中,通过投加一定量的Ca(OH)2使其pH保持在9.6左右,同时保持10%的污泥回流比,聚合硫酸铁的投加量为30mg/L;在后混凝中,聚丙烯酰胺的投加量为0.1mg/L,聚合氯化铝的投加量为2mg/L,浓硫酸的投加量为12mg/L,则其最终出水可以达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范(GB50050—95)》水质要求。
In view of the current operation of WISCO Integrated Wastewater Reuse Treatment Project, dynamic simulation experiments were conducted to increase sludge backflow and optimize dosage. Through the analysis of the optimized sewage treatment effect, it is proved that the treatment effect of the wastewater is obviously improved after the optimization of the physicochemical treatment process. The results showed that in the former coagulation, the pH was maintained at about 9.6 by adding a certain amount of Ca (OH) 2 while maintaining the reflux ratio of 10%, the dosage of PFS was 30mg / L. In the post-coagulation, the dosage of polyacrylamide is 0.1mg / L, polyaluminum chloride dosage is 2mg / L, the dosage of concentrated sulfuric acid is 12mg / L, the final effluent can reach “ Industrial circulating cooling water treatment design specifications (GB50050-95) ”water quality requirements.
