Schistosomiasis is an important social and medical problem in the tropics, with a high incidence in some developing countries. This disease is commonly treated with dihydrocatechol-2,4-sodium antimonium sulfate [(month younger) than bovine acid (Bbopharcid EP)] and piperzine-2-antimony tartrate (Bilharcid EP). These drugs are toxic and can have adverse effects on many organs. However, there are no reports in the literature that cause histopathological changes in the cochlea. This article is an experimental animal study using histopathological changes in Cochlear Nerve Components with corticosteroid (BMS) and Bilhar-cid EP.
