通过对海洋沉积物含水量和有机碳的大量研究,本文用纯化学参数沉积物的含水量(?)和有机碳含量(Corg)定义了一新的沉积物粒度标准,即“粒度标(GSL)”,GSL=(?)·Corg,把其数值0.05.1.0.10.0作为砾、砂、糖砂,泥的分级标准,与原有的Φ标准-Φ,4Φ,8Φ分级相对应,用GSL研究黄河口北部海城沉积物的粒度分布,实践证明,GSL粒度分布与用筛析法得到的粒度分布结果完全一致,GSL为纯化学工作者研究海洋沉积物的粒度提供了简单、方便的有效手段,至今为止,这是对黄河口北部海域沉积物粒度研究最为说尽的结果,这对进一步探讨海洋沉积环境及工程评价有重要的意义。
