对麦草进行GIF仿酶预处理,然后补加氢氧化钠进行碱抽提,两段磨浆后得到麦草浆。利用FQA纤维仪、扫描电镜及光学显微镜分析麦草浆中纤维的质量和形态,并研究氢氧化钠加入量对纤维及纸张强度指标的影响。结果表明,随着氢氧化钠用量的增加,纤维束逐渐减少,同时细小纤维和纤维的重均长度大幅度增加;纸浆得率逐渐降低,手抄片的裂断长、环压强度指数、紧度、撕裂指数和耐破指数随着氢氧化钠用量的增加而增加。通过分析发现,当氢氧化钠用量为5.0%时,纤维形态较完整且挺直,纤维分散良好;此时手抄片的裂断长为4.43km,环压强度指数为13.47Nm·g-1,紧度为0.55g·cm-3。符合A级瓦楞纸的强度要求。
Wheat straw GIF-like enzyme pretreatment, and then add sodium hydroxide for alkali extraction, after two refining to obtain wheat straw pulp. The quality and morphology of fiber in wheat straw pulp were analyzed by FQA, SEM and optical microscope. The effect of sodium hydroxide dosage on fiber and paper strength was also studied. The results showed that with the increase of sodium hydroxide dosage, the fiber bundles decreased gradually, while the weight average length of fine fibers and fibers increased greatly. The yield of pulp decreased gradually. The breaking length of long hand sheet, the crushing strength index Degree, tear index and burst index increase with the amount of sodium hydroxide. The results showed that when the amount of sodium hydroxide was 5.0%, the fiber morphology was relatively intact and straight, and the fibers were well dispersed. At this time, the breaking length of hand sheet was 4.43km and the ring crush strength index was 13.47Nm · g-1 , Tightness of 0.55g · cm-3. In line with the A-level corrugated paper strength requirements.
