1.故障现象我公司沃溪选矿厂的3台HZGS-11-1407ZⅡ型高频振动单层筛(简称振动筛)于2013年投入使用。2015年1月到6月期间,操作人员发现其聚安脂筛网(简称筛网)频繁破裂穿孔,半年内就更新了18张。经现场检查,发现更换下来的旧筛网全部沿其加强筋方向破裂穿孔,且主要沿其窄加强筋方向破裂穿孔。筛网破裂穿孔后,影响磨矿分级效果和后续工序的生产。每张筛网采购价为0.5万元,这18张筛网更新费用高达9万元。为保证矿粉产品质量、节约维修费用,我们分析筛网破裂穿孔原因,并采取了预防措施。
1. Symptom The 3 HZGS-11-1407Z Ⅱ high-frequency vibration single-layer sieve (referred to as vibrating screen) of our Woxi Concentrator was put into operation in 2013. During the period from January to June 2015, operators found that their poly-polyurethane screens (referred to as screens) were frequently broken and perforated, updating 18 in half a year. After field inspection, it was found that all the old screens that were replaced had been broken and perforated along the direction of the stiffeners, and the fractures and perforations were mainly broken along the direction of the narrow stiffeners. After the screen rupture perforation, affecting the grinding grading effect and follow-up of the production process. Each screen purchase price of 0.5 million, the 18 screen update costs up to 90,000 yuan. In order to ensure the quality of mineral products, save maintenance costs, we analyze the reasons for the mesh rupture and perforation, and take precautionary measures.
