船舱,尤其是原油或原油制品运输船船舱,面临着各种各样的腐蚀环境,其范围很广,从各种不同浓度和温度的海水到各类货物。本文概述了腐蚀机理,并研究了氧、温度、水速、盐度和PH对腐蚀反应的影响。由阴极加热线圈引起的电化学腐蚀能够而且确实造成底板的严重点蚀。涂层和阴极保护相结合几乎起到了完善的保护作用。讨论了各种运载货物对腐蚀和对涂层的影响。本文对六种基本船舱涂料进行了简要的介绍,并叙述了在接触各种货物时这六种油漆的性能。本文也论述了表面制备和涂覆工艺,因为这两者明显地影响着涂层的性能,此外,本文强调了在表面制备和涂覆程序中操作人员的保健和安全问题。
Cabins, especially crude oil or crude oil carriers, are exposed to a wide range of corrosive environments ranging from seawater of various concentrations and temperatures to a wide range of cargoes. This paper summarizes the corrosion mechanism and investigates the effect of oxygen, temperature, water velocity, salinity and pH on the corrosion reaction. Electrochemical corrosion caused by the cathode heating coil can and does cause severe pitting of the soleplate. The combination of coating and cathodic protection plays a perfect protective role. The effects of various cargoes on corrosion and coating are discussed. This article gives a brief introduction to six basic cabin coatings and describes the performance of these six paints when in contact with a variety of cargoes. This article also discusses the surface preparation and coating processes, as both of these significantly affect the performance of the coating. In addition, this article highlights the health and safety issues for operators in surface preparation and coating procedures.
