采用浆料涂敷法和化学镀技术分别研究了微孔陶瓷载体表面钯银合金膜的制备技术 .采用浆料涂敷法 ,将钯盐和银盐按一定比例加入到一定配方的粘稠有机溶液中 ,形成涂敷浆料 ,然后采用刷涂法将涂敷浆料涂敷在多孔陶瓷载体的一个表面 ,干燥后经高温处理 ,可得到微孔钯银合金膜 .为了得到致密、光洁的钯银合金膜 ,采用化学镀进一步沉积 ,最终得到光洁度较高、厚度约为 3μm、银含量为 2 3% (质量分数 )、合金化较完全的钯银合金膜 .浆料涂敷法沉积与化学镀相结合制备钯银合金膜 ,克服了单纯化学镀工艺中活化与敏化步骤的困难 ,使沉积工艺得到简化 ,并提高了成品率 .
The preparation technology of palladium-silver alloy film on the surface of microporous ceramic was studied by slurry coating method and electroless plating technique, respectively. The slurry coating method was used to add palladium salt and silver salt to a certain amount of viscous organic Solution to form a coating slurry, and then applying the coating slurry on a surface of the porous ceramic support by brush coating method, and after drying and high temperature treatment, a microporous palladium-silver alloy film can be obtained. In order to obtain a dense and smooth Palladium-silver alloy film was further deposited by electroless plating to finally obtain a smooth and high-palladium-silver alloy film with a thickness of about 3μm and a silver content of 23% (mass fraction) The electroless plating combined with the preparation of the palladium-silver alloy film overcomes the difficulties of the activation and sensitization steps in the simple electroless plating process, simplifies the deposition process and improves the yield.
