机载设备雷电防护引脚注入试验波形是一种开路电压波形和短路电流波形相同的组合波.针对此类组合波,基于线性RLC冲击电流回路,提出了一种新型的组合波发生器电路.研究了峰值时间、峰值电流、半峰值时间与回路阻尼系数间的关系,提出了以峰值时间和半峰值时间为目标参数的组合波回路参数设计方法.通过计算与仿真,考虑杂散参数的影响,得到机载电子设备雷电防护引脚注入试验组合波发生器电路参数.仿真表明:设计的发生器输出波形满足RTCA/DO-160G标准的要求,可用于机载设备雷电防护引脚注入试验.
The test waveform of the lightning protection pin on the airborne equipment is a combination of the open-circuit voltage waveform and the short-circuit current waveform.For this combination wave, a new type of combined wave generator circuit is proposed based on the linear RLC impulse current loop. The relationship between the peak time, the peak current, the half-peak time and the damping coefficient of the loop is studied, and the design method of the combined-wave loop with the peak time and the half-peak time as the target parameters is proposed. By calculating and simulating, , The parameters of lightning protection pin of the airborne electronic equipment are injected into the experimental combination wave generator.The simulation results show that the designed generator output waveform meets the requirements of the RTCA / DO-160G standard and can be used in the lightning protection pin injection test of airborne equipment.
