近年我国自然灾害频繁发生,造成重大人员和财产损失,重大的灾情迫切要求社会尽快建立突发公共事件应急救援机制。笔者对作为主力军的消防部队建立应急救援机制阐述了自己的认识。
In recent years, frequent natural disasters in our country have resulted in the loss of major personnel and property. The major disaster requires pressing society to establish an emergency rescue mechanism for public emergencies as soon as possible. The author elaborated his own understanding on establishing emergency rescue mechanism as the main force of the fire brigade.
