随着京沪高铁的开通运行,解决线路长波不平顺将是工务部门在线路维护中的首要任务。传统的测量手段存在精度差、劳动强度大、效率低等问题,而进口设备则过于依赖CPⅢ网,且效率偏低。激光长弦轨道检查仪利用激光准直技术,直接对轨道线路进行100~200 m波长的不平顺进行检测,检测结果既包含长波不平顺参数,又有10m弦(或20m弦)短波不平顺参数,既降低劳动强度,又提高工作效率,为工务部门解决线路长波不平顺提供新的科学手段。
With the opening and operation of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, solving the long-wave line irregularity will be the primary task of the maintenance department in the line maintenance. The traditional measurement methods have problems such as poor accuracy, labor intensity and low efficiency, while the imported equipment are too dependent on the CPIII network and the efficiency is low. The laser long-chord track inspection system uses the laser collimation technique to directly test the irregularity of the track line at a wavelength of 100-200 m. The test result includes both the long-wave irregularity parameter and the short-wave irregularity parameter of 10m chord (or 20m chord) , Which not only reduces labor intensity but also improves work efficiency and provides new scientific means for the public works department to solve the issue of long-wave irregularities in lines.
