I. INTRODUCTION High performance silicon steel is obtained by promoting the growth of (110) [001] oriented grains during secondary recrystallization by means of small grain inclusions such as manganese sulfide, titanium carbide, aluminum nitride and the like. The shape, size and distribution of these inclusions have a great influence on the properties of silicon steel. They are small in size, difficult to extract and presently have little successful experience. We have the sample of silicon steel containing MnS particle preparation, corrosion, copy film and so on
