通过小铁研抗裂性试验、焊接热模拟试验、冲击、硬度等力学性能试验和显微组织分析,研究了t8/5对BS600MCJ4低合金高强钢焊接接头过热区组织和性能的影响。结果表明:BS600MCJ4钢的抗裂性较好,但其碳当量为0.474%,实际生产中应进行适当预热。在室温和-40℃下,不同t8/5下BS600MCJ4钢过热区冲击值变化不大;当t8/5为7.5~15.1s时,其过热区组织均为粒状贝氏体,晶粒度为5级,且其硬度变化不大。
The effect of t8 / 5 on the microstructure and properties of overheated zone of BS600MCJ4 low alloy high strength steel welded joint was studied by means of small iron strike resistance test, welding thermal simulation test, impact and hardness mechanical properties test and microstructure analysis. The results show that the crack resistance of BS600MCJ4 steel is good, but the carbon equivalent is 0.474%. The actual production should be properly preheated. At room temperature and at -40 ℃, the impact values of BS600MCJ4 steel at different t8 / 5 temperatures did not change much. When t8 / 5 was 7.5 ~ 15.1s, the overheated zone had granular bainite with grain size of 5 Level, and its hardness changes little.
