以陕北某浅埋煤矿工作面5-2煤为对象,研究浅埋煤层大采高综采工作面区段煤柱的合理宽度问题。通过弹塑性极限平衡理论方法以及FLAC数值方法进行分析,提出5-2煤合理的区段煤柱留设尺寸为16 m。工程实践表明,巷道的顶、底板变形量最大为36.2 mm,两帮移近量最大为38.2 mm,保证了工作面的安全回采。
Taking the 5-2 coal face in a shallow coal mine in northern Shaanxi as an example, this paper studies the reasonable width of coal pillar in the fully mechanized high coal mining face with shallow coal seam. Based on the theory of elasto-plastic limit equilibrium and the FLAC numerical method, it is proposed that the coal pillar size of section 5-2 should be 16 m. Engineering practice shows that the maximum deformation of roof and floor of roadway is 36.2 mm and the maximum of the two approaches is 38.2 mm, which ensures the safe mining of working face.
