目的：现察血府逐瘀口服液合抗痨药治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的疗效。方法：对照组 ３８例，施行抗痨治疗：异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺等；治疗组４０例，在与对照组进行同样治疗的基础上，配合口服血府逐瘀口服液。结果：２组总有效率均为１００％，但治愈率治疗组为８７．５０％，对照组为５５．２６％，Ｐ＜０．０１。２组临床症状改善时间，治疗组较对照组为快，治疗后胸膜肥厚、粘连发生率比较，治疗组较对照组低。结论：血府逐瘀口服液能加快炎性渗出物和胸水的吸收，清除腔内感染，缩短疗程，减少胸膜肥厚粘连。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid and Anti-tuberculosis in the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy.
