上海第四冷轧带钢厂与上海交通大学等单位协作,试验成功在中性硫酸钠水溶液中用电解法去除带钢表面的氧化铁皮(简称中性电解去鳞).本文对其机理提出初步看法.在硫酸钠溶液中电解去鳞主要是电化学作用,而不是化学酸洗作用.在电解去鳞过程中,带钢先作阴极而使其表面氧化层中高价铁还原成低价铁或金属铁,还原作用首先是通过直接电化学还原,但也可以是通过析氢的还原.阴极处理后的带钢表面变得疏松易落,随后在作为阳极时溶解为二价铁,最终生成氢氧化铁而沉淀.氢气泡的产生对氧化铁皮的破坏也将起一定作用.
