人体形成体表性、急性皮肤及皮下组织感染和慢性溃疡的原因很多，治疗并不困难。而糖尿病Ⅱ型引起皮肤痈破裂，在治疗中比较困难，特别对青霉素高度过敏患者，痛苦更大，久治不愈。二例糖尿病Ⅱ型并发肩背颈部痈，经多家医院数月久治不愈，来我院采用MEBO治疗后，疗期短，愈合快，无痛苦。用该药止痛效果好，抗感染能力强，有扩张微小血管的作用，能改善微循环，不含糖份，不会诱发糖尿病，愈合后不留疤痕。
