对于采煤机的维修,我国企业目前仍多采用事后维修和定期维修两种方式。前者不仅影响生产,而且需要大量库存备件;后者则往往出现维修不足或维修过剩,造成人力、物力的浪费和设备寿命的缩短。而采用预知性维修方法,既可以保证采煤机安全运行,延长设备寿命,充分发挥设备潜能,也可以减少库存备件, For the maintenance of shearer, our country enterprises are still using more after-service and regular maintenance of two ways.
