研究了富铝尖晶石的反应烧结特性,评价了这种特性对抗渣性能的作用。结果表明,富铝尖晶石的烧结主要受尖晶石内延生长机理和晶界迁移率所制约,但条件改变,可调整机制,避免笼络气孔形成,尖晶石愈富铝,晶格常数、热膨胀率愈小;这些都与尖晶石熟料及铝—尖晶石浇注料的抗渣性有密切关系。
The reaction sintering characteristics of the alumina-rich spinel were studied and the effect of this characteristic on the properties of the slag was evaluated. The results show that the sintering of Al-rich spinel is mainly constrained by the spinel’s internal growth mechanism and grain boundary mobility, but the conditions can be changed, the mechanism can be adjusted, the formation of cage pores can be avoided, the spinel can be more aluminum, and the lattice constant can be increased. The smaller the thermal expansion rate, these are closely related to the slag resistance of spinel clinker and aluminum-spinel castables.
