本文认为，建设一个富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化强国是中国历史发展的必然选择，但是，要实现这一目标，必须确定一个切实可行的战略步骤。对此，邓小平设计了基本实现中国现代化的跨世纪的“三步走”宏伟战略。作者重点分析了邓小平“三步走”战略思想的形成过程：（一）“三步走”宏伟战略的历史渊源；（二）“三步走”宏伟战略的萌芽时期；（三）“三步走”宏伟战略的形成时期；（四）“三步走”宏伟战略的完善、成熟的时期。
This article holds that building a prosperous, democratic and civilized, modern and powerful socialist country is an inevitable choice for the development of China’s history. However, in order to achieve this goal, a viable strategic step must be established. In response, Deng Xiaoping designed a grand strategy of “three steps” to basically realize China’s modernization. The author mainly analyzes the forming process of Deng Xiaoping’s “three steps” strategic thinking: (1) the historical origins of the grand strategy of “three steps”; (2) the embryonic period of the grand strategy of “three steps”; (3) (4) The perfect and mature period of the grand strategy of “three steps”.
