根据智能高耸结构系统对应变数据采集与传输的需求,应用传感网络技术实现智能高耸结构系统的应变数据采集,将大量的传感器与骨干传输网络相连,在传感器与骨干网之间采用一种低成本、低功耗的ZigBee技术无线接入网络,研制了一种基于ZigBee网络的智能高耸结构系统应变信号无线采集器,由应变传感器、采集模块、处理模块和发送模块组成。解决了应变传感器的温度漂移和非线性等问题,并采用软件算法解决了无线通信的数据丢包问题,可实现空旷地带300m距离通信。试验结果表明,该采集器能实现对单塔多节点、多塔和复杂地形条件下的实时应变数据测量。
According to the demand of the intelligent towering system for the acquisition and transmission of strain data, the sensor network technology is used to acquire the strain data of the intelligent towering structure system. A large number of sensors are connected to the backbone transmission network. A low Cost and low-power ZigBee wireless access network, a kind of strain signal wireless sensor based on ZigBee network is developed, which consists of strain sensor, acquisition module, processing module and sending module. Solve the temperature sensor of the temperature drift and nonlinear problems, and the use of software algorithms to solve the problem of data loss in wireless communications, can achieve open area 300m distance communication. The experimental results show that the data acquisition system can realize the real-time measurement of strain data in single-tower multi-node, multi-tower and complex terrain.
