心肌梗塞(MI)后梗死范围(IS)与心功能的相关关系有无时相差异尚不清楚。本文用开胸结扎左冠状动脉的方法造成大鼠左室MI,分别于术后第3、9、21和35天测定多项心动能指标及IS(占左室10～65％不等),比较各组的IS与心功能指标的相关程度。实验结果提示,MI急性期的相关程度有差于其余时期的趋势,不同IS的心室功能具有不同的演变规律是造成此种差异的机理
It is unclear whether the correlation between myocardial infarction (MI) infarction size (IS) and cardiac function has a temporal difference. In this paper, left ventricular MI was induced by thoracotomy in the left coronary artery. A number of cardiac function indexes and IS (ranging from 10% to 65% in the left ventricular) were measured on the 3rd, 9th, 21st and 35th day after operation respectively. The correlation between IS and cardiac function index of each group was compared. The experimental results suggest that the correlation between MI acute stage is worse than the rest of the trend, different IS ventricular function has different evolution rules is the mechanism of such differences
