目的:建立一次性使用重力输液式输液器及静脉输液针中镉、铬、铜、锡、铅5种重金属元素的含量测定方法。方法:样品经过预处理用1%硝酸浸泡,得到样品溶液后用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定镉、铬、铜、锡、铅5种重金属元素的含量。结果:在设定的ICP-MS测定条件下,5种元素的线性范围均为0~50 ng·ml~(-1)(r>0.9990)。一次性使用重力输液式输液器和一次性使用静脉输液针加标回收率分别在92%~116%和1.6%~2.9%范围内(RSD<3,n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便,能够满足一次性使用重力输液式输液器及静脉输液针中重金属元素测定的要求。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of five heavy metal elements, including cadmium, chromium, copper, tin and lead, in a one-time use gravity infusion set and intravenous infusion needle. Methods: The samples were pretreated with 1% nitric acid and the content of five heavy metals such as cadmium, chromium, copper, tin and lead were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after the sample solution was obtained. Results: The linear range of the five elements was 0 ~ 50 ng · ml ~ (-1) (r> 0.9990) under the conditions of ICP-MS. The recovery rates of single-use gravity infusion and single-use intravenous infusion were 92% -116% and 1.6% -2.9% respectively (RSD <3, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate and can meet the requirements of determination of heavy metal elements in single use gravity infusion and intravenous infusion needles.
