回顾了我国森林经理的发展历程,分析了目前森林经理发展中存在的问题和原因,探讨了新时期森林经理的地位和作用,提出重振森林经理、促进森林科学经营的建议。主要结论为:我国森林经理经历了曲折的发展过程,目前存在诸多方面的问题,面临被弱化的局面。其原因主要是我国长期忽视森林经营以及森林经理定位不准,技术落后等。新时期,应采取提高认识,转变观念,健全森林经营的法律法规,健全机构,理顺职能,理顺学科关系,加强森林生态系统经营实践,完善森林经营理论,加强科学研究,提高创新能力,加强人才培养等对策。
The development process of forest managers in our country is reviewed. The existing problems and causes in the development of forest managers are analyzed. The status and functions of forest managers in the new era are discussed. Proposals to revitalize forest managers and promote forest management are also proposed. The main conclusion is as follows: forest managers in our country experienced a twists and turns of the development process, there are many aspects of the problem, facing weakened situation. The main reason is that our country neglects forest management for a long time and forest managers are not allowed to locate, and technology is backward. In the new period, we should take the laws and regulations of raising awareness, changing concepts, improving forest management, perfecting institutions, rationalizing functions, straightening out disciplinary relations, strengthening forest ecosystem management practice, perfecting forest management theory, strengthening scientific research, improving innovation ability, Strengthen personnel training and other countermeasures.
