全面、客观、合理地综合评价中医院工作水平,是近年来中医医院管理者关注的焦点。1991年国家中医药管理局制定并颁发了《中医医院分级管理办法与标准》,给综合评价中医工作水平提供了规范化的标准。如何充分利用“标准”和现有的统计指标综合评价中医院工作的好坏、医疗水平的高低,是日益深化中医院改革的需要。本文就利用现有的统计指标建立中医院综合效益指标体系来评价中医院工作水平进行了探讨。
A comprehensive, objective, and reasonable assessment of the work level of Chinese hospitals is the focus of the management of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in recent years. In 1991, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine formulated and issued the “Measures and Standards for Classification Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals”, which provided a standardized standard for comprehensive evaluation of the level of Chinese medicine practitioners. How to make full use of “standards” and existing statistical indicators to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Chinese hospital work and the level of medical care are the need to deepen the reform of Chinese hospitals. This article discusses the use of the existing statistical indicators to establish the comprehensive benefit index system of TCM to evaluate the level of TCM hospital work.
