为保证直升机结构安全可靠、经济、易维护,疲劳强度工作应贯穿整个设计研制和使用过程。在直升机研制过程中,结构疲劳强度工作分为结构细节设计的疲劳设计阶段,初步疲劳和损伤容限评估和最终疲劳和损伤容限评估,三个阶段。本文对各阶段疲劳工作的内容和方法,以及飞行谱的编制和飞行载荷谱的计算等疲劳关键问题进行了简略的评述。为我国直升机结构疲劳设计工作提供一些可供借鉴的思路。
To ensure the safe and reliable helicopter structure, economy, easy maintenance, fatigue strength should be throughout the design and development and use of the process. During the development of helicopters, the fatigue strength of the structure is divided into three phases: the fatigue design phase of structural detail design, initial fatigue and damage tolerance assessment, and final fatigue and damage tolerance assessment. In this paper, we briefly review the contents and methods of fatigue work in all stages, as well as the key fatigue problems such as the compilation of flight spectrum and the calculation of flight load spectrum. Provide some reference ideas for fatigue design of helicopter structure in our country.
