目的探讨环氧乙烷灭菌循环中断原因及其对策。方法对1 520锅次环氧乙烷灭菌过程进行观察分析。结果灭菌循环中断共24次;在灭菌预备阶段循环中断15次,其中装载物品过多9次,预真空超时2次,湿度不够2次,炉腔预热超时1次,打印纸装反1次;在灭菌阶段灭菌循环中断6次,其中空环氧乙烷气罐2次,穿刺顶针不能复位2次,气瓶穿刺装置故障1次,炉腔真空渗漏1次;在灭菌后排气阶段循环中断3次,其中压缩空气故障2次,停电1次。结论环氧乙烷灭菌循环中断原因是多方面的,加强对各环节的质量控制,进一步加强操作人员的专业知识培训,根据物品材质、结构合理安排灭菌方法,制定规范的标准操作流程,实时监督检查,将灭菌循环中断降低到最低限度。
Objective To investigate the reasons and countermeasures of ethylene oxide sterilization cycle interruption. Methods The sterilization process of 1 520 pot ethylene oxide was observed and analyzed. Results The sterilization cycle was interrupted a total of 24 times. During the sterilization preparatory phase, the cycle was interrupted 15 times, of which 9 times were loaded with goods, 2 times in pre-vacuum, 2 times less in humidity, 1 time in oven preheating, 1 times; in the sterilization phase sterilization cycle interrupted 6 times, which empty ethylene oxide gas tank 2 times, the puncture thimble can not be reset 2 times, the gas cylinder puncture device 1 times, vacuum leak 1 times; Bacteria after the exhaust phase cycle interrupt 3 times, including compressed air failure 2 times, power outage 1 times. Conclusion There are many reasons for the interruption of ethylene oxide sterilization cycle. The quality control of each link should be strengthened so as to further enhance professional training of operators. According to the materials and structures, the sterilization methods should be properly arranged and standard operating procedures should be established. Real-time supervision and inspection, sterilization cycle will be interrupted to a minimum.
