目的 :研究中药鼻舒滴丸 (BSDW)对 2 .4 二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)和组织胺造型豚鼠的影响及其作用机理。方法 :采用 10 %TDI橄榄油溶液为致敏剂造成豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型 ,观察BSDW对豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型鼻部症状、病理组织学及对血和鼻粘膜中组织胺含量及血清IgE含量的影响。采用组织胺造成豚鼠休克模型 ,观察BSDW对组织胺造型豚鼠的症状影响。结果 :BSDW可显著减轻变应性鼻炎模型豚鼠鼻粘膜病理改变 ,与造型对照组相比可使鼻粘膜柱状上皮和固有层腺体增生显著减轻 ,固有层嗜酸性细胞、嗜中性白细胞、单核细胞浸润明显减少 ,纤毛明显修复。还可明显降低变应性鼻炎模型豚鼠血清IgE的水平 ,减少血清及鼻粘膜中组胺的含量 ,可显著延长变应性鼻炎模型和组织胺造型豚鼠喘息和惊厥出现的时间 ,明显减少豚鼠哮喘的次数及延长组织胺造型豚鼠休克死亡时间。结论 :鼻舒滴丸有明显的抗过敏作用 ,其抗过敏作用的机理可能与其能降低血清IgE的含量、抑制全血和鼻粘膜中组织胺的释放密切相关。
Objective : To study the effect and mechanism of BSDW on 2.4.2 diphenylcresyl isocyanate (TDI) and histamine in guinea pigs. METHODS: Allergic rhinitis model of guinea pigs was induced with 10% TDI olive oil solution as a sensitizer. BSDW was used to observe nasal symptoms, histopathology, histamine content in blood and nasal mucosa, and serum IgE in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis. The effect of content. The effect of BSDW on the symptoms of histamine-type guinea pigs was observed by using histamine to induce a shock model in guinea pigs. RESULTS: BSDW can significantly reduce the pathological changes of nasal mucosa in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis. Compared with the model control group, the proliferation of the nasal mucosal columnar epithelium and lamina propria can be significantly reduced. The lamina propria eosinophils, neutrophils, and monolayer can be significantly reduced. Nuclear cell infiltration was significantly reduced and cilia were clearly repaired. It can also significantly reduce the level of serum IgE in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis, reduce the content of histamine in serum and nasal mucosa, and significantly prolong the time of wheezing and convulsions in allergic rhinitis model and histamine modeling guinea pigs, and significantly reduce asthma in guinea pigs. The number of times and prolonged histamine modeling guinea pigs shock death time. Conclusion: The anti-allergic effects of Bishu Drop Pills are obvious. The mechanism of anti-allergic effects may be related to its ability to reduce the serum IgE content and inhibit the release of histamine in the whole blood and nasal mucosa.
