以胎儿胸腺细胞免疫BALB/c小鼠,用B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术产生了两种单克隆抗体,分别命名为SMU13、SMU14。初步鉴定的结果表明,(1)SMU13、SMU14是抗早期T淋巴细胞的单克隆抗体,但与浆细胞也发生反应;(2)两株单抗的特性、反应谱与CD38抗原相似;(3)SMU13、SMU14在白血病免疫学分型中可以明确判断白血病细胞的来源,具有结合补体的能力,在急性T淋巴细胞白血病的治疗中可发挥重要作用
BALB/c mice were immunized with fetal thymocytes, and two monoclonal antibodies were generated using the B-cell lymphoma hybridoma technique, named SMU13 and SMU14, respectively. The results of preliminary identification showed that (1) SMU13 and SMU14 are monoclonal antibodies against early T lymphocytes, but also react with plasma cells; (2) the characteristics and response spectrum of the two monoclonal antibodies are similar to CD38 antigen; (3 ) SMU13 and SMU14 can clearly determine the source of leukemia cells in the leukemia immunophenotype. They have the ability to bind complement and can play an important role in the treatment of acute T-lymphocytic leukemia.
