目的通过检测肾癌和癌旁组织中caveolin-1的表达水平,评价caveolin-1与肾癌的关系。方法术中采集组织样本16例,其中肾癌组织8例,相应的癌旁肾组织8例,然后提取mRNA,用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测所有样本中caveolin-1mRNA的表达水平。结果8例肾癌样本中有4例caveolin-1表达阳性,相应的8例癌旁组织均为阴性,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论caveolin-1在肾癌和癌旁组织中的表达明显不同,推测caveolin-1和肾癌发生发展有密切关系。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between caveolin-1 and renal cell carcinoma by detecting the expression of caveolin-1 in renal and paracancerous tissues. Methods Tissue samples were collected from 16 patients, including 8 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 8 cases of corresponding paracancer tissues. Then mRNA was extracted and all samples were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) 1 mRNA expression levels. Results There was a positive expression of caveolin-1 in 8 cases of renal cell carcinoma, and the corresponding 8 cases of paracancerous tissues were negative, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of caveolin-1 in renal cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues is obviously different. It is speculated that caveolin-1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma.
