企业报的“轻内重外”现象,说具体点就是,企业报人员对企业内职工写的稿件不用或极少用,认为这些稿子水平低,改起来费劲,而热衷于约一些所谓名家和“大手笔”的稿子,一篇几乎将近一版。企业报理应贴近职工,贴近生产经营,服务于企业的两个文明建设,但尽刊登些不着边际的东西,有违办报初衷。这种“轻内重外”的做法,是企业报的误区。 笔者认为,企业报还肩负着发现和培养本企业人才的重任。对于有些初学写稿的职工来讲,企业报就是他们成长的摇篮。企业报必须牢记为企业、为职工服务的宗旨,切勿“轻内重外”,越办越空。否则,就会失去本企业职工,报纸的生命力也会大打折扣。

Otherwise, the workers in the enterprise will be lost and the vitality of the newspaper will be greatly reduced.
