建立了PT25蜘蛛式高空作业平台车架的力学模型,通过理论计算确定了有限元分析的典型工况,运用ANSYS软件对车架结构进行有限元分析,得到车架结构应力分布云图,为车架的结构设计提供了有效的参考,也为后续车架的优化与结构改进提供理论依据。
The mechanical model of the PT25 spider aerial workbench frame was established. The typical working conditions of the finite element analysis were determined by theoretical calculation. The finite element analysis of the frame structure was carried out by ANSYS software. The stress distribution cloud frame of the frame structure was obtained. The structural design provides an effective reference, but also for the follow-up frame optimization and structural improvement provide a theoretical basis.
