不同处理参数对丹参干制效率及活性成分含量的影响

目的:研究不同根径及切片厚度对丹参干制效率及有效成分含量的影响。方法:对不同根径、不同厚度的丹参进行干制,利用HPLC测定不同干制条件下丹参中有效成分的含量,脂溶性成分的色谱条件为流动相乙腈-0.2%乙酸水溶液,检测波长270 nm;水溶性成分的色谱条件为流动相乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液,检测波长286 nm。结果:同一直径的丹参,切片厚度越小干制效率越高。在水溶性成分中,当迷迭香酸含量最高时,丹参根径0.3~0.4 cm,切片厚度0.2~0.3 cm;当丹酚酸B含量最高时,丹参根径处于0.4~0.5 cm,切片厚度0.2~0.3 cm。在脂溶性成分中,当二氢丹参酮含量最高时,丹参根径0.4~0.5 cm,切片厚度0.1~0.2 cm;当隐丹参酮含量最高时,丹参根径0.3~0.4 cm,切片厚度0.1~0.2 cm;当丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA含量最高时,丹参根径0.4~0.5 cm,切面厚度0.2~0.3 cm。结论:选用直径0.4~0.5 cm和切片厚度0.2~0.3 cm的丹参切片进行干制,能最大程度地保证药材品质,为丹参饮片的批量生产和干制工艺的优化提供了理论依据。 Objective: To study the effects of different root diameter and slice thickness on the dry system efficiency and active ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: Salvia miltiorrhiza was dried at different root diameters and different thicknesses. The content of active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge under different drying conditions was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions of the liposoluble components were acetonitrile - 0.2% acetic acid aqueous solution with a detection wavelength of 270 nm The chromatographic conditions of water-soluble components were acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza with the same diameter, the smaller the slice thickness, the higher the drying efficiency. When the content of rosmarinic acid was the highest, the diameter of Salvia miltiorrhiza was 0.3-0.4 cm and the thickness of section was 0.2-0.3 cm. When the content of salvianolic acid B was the highest, root diameter of Salvia miltiorrhiza was 0.4-0.5 cm, 0.2 ~ 0.3 cm. Salvia miltiorrhiza root diameter was 0.4-0.5 cm and section thickness was 0.1-0.2 cm. When the content of cryptotanshinone was the highest, root diameter of salvia miltiorrhiza was 0.3-0.4 cm and section thickness was 0.1-0.2 cm When the contents of tanshinone I and tanshinone IIA were the highest, root diameter of Salvia miltiorrhiza was 0.4-0.5 cm and section thickness was 0.2-0.3 cm. Conclusion: Danshen slices with diameter of 0.4-0.5 cm and slice thickness of 0.2-0.3 cm are used for drying, which can ensure the quality of medicinal materials to the maximum extent and provide a theoretical basis for mass production of Danshen Pieces and optimization of drying technology.
