时代不同，妇女在婚姻关系中的地位不同，婚恋自由也不相同。汉代是一个男尊女卑的社会，妇女的地位进一步滑落，表现在婚姻恋爱上，就是其自由受到来自社会和家庭等各方面的限制。但是，汉代妇女还未完全脱离社会生产领域，贞节观念也未形成习俗禁锢她们的心灵，加上汉代距原始社会尚近，原始古风尤存，使她们拥有一定的权力和自由。她们可以自择夫婿，可以离婚、再嫁，甚至婚外恋也不受时人严厉非议。可见，汉代妇女具有比后世更多的婚恋自由。

The performance of marriage in love was that their freedom was restricted by society and family. However, the women in Han Dynasty have not completely separated from the social production field.
