全周期桥梁检测评估是在保证大件运输过程中车辆安全过桥的同时,对桥梁不造成严重损伤的有效手段。在进行相关理论分析的基础上,对钱江隧道盾构大件运输过桥项目进行了深入的研究。研究表明,桥梁检测评估应在整个大件运输全周期过程中系统展开:运输前的桥梁调查是十分必要的基础性工作;现场检测只需针对7个部件有重点地实施材质状况和外观质量的检测,可根据评定结果按推荐表直接取用旧桥检算系数Z1;荷载试验后的Z2系数对装配式多梁结构桥梁需综合考虑校验系数和横向增大系数确定;在运输完毕后,需对桥梁原有缺损、加固构件、新的缺损进行检测,以保证桥梁的长期安全运营。活载比较法和精确计算法应用于大件运输桥梁承载能力计算评定时,有各自的适用范围和可通行标准。针对多辆多批次大件运输车集中过桥,为保证车队的快速通过和桥梁安全,需在运输过程中对桥梁实施不同层次的实时监测。

The method of live load comparison and exact calculation are applied to the calculation and evaluation of carrying capacity of large-capacity transport bridges, and have their own applicable scope and passable standards. In view of the fact that many large batch transport vehicles are concentrated across the bridge, in order to ensure the rapid passage of the fleet and the safety of the bridge, different levels of real-time monitoring of the bridge during transport are required.
