目的:确定富集泽兰中酚酸类成分的大孔树脂的方法。方法:以原儿茶醛、咖啡酸和迷迭香酸为指标,在同一条件下比较10种不同树脂解吸附液中3个成分的HPLC色谱峰峰面积,优选树脂类型(HPD-600和AB-8河北);以不同洗脱部位固形物中这3个成分的含量为指标,确定乙醇洗脱剂浓度。结果:富集原儿茶醛,最佳树脂为HPD-600,洗脱溶剂为50%乙醇;富集咖啡酸,最佳树脂为HPD-600,洗脱溶剂为95%乙醇;富集迷迭香酸,最佳树脂为AB-8,洗脱溶剂为95%乙醇。结论:该试验为泽兰酚酸类成分富集工艺研究奠定基础,为泽兰的化学成分深入研究提供了关键技术。
Objective: To determine the method of enriching macroporous resin of phenolic acids in Zeeland. Methods: HPLC chromatographic peak areas of three components in 10 different resin desorbed solutions were compared using protocatechuic aldehyde, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid as indicators, and the preferred resin types (HPD-600 and AB) -8 Hebei); The content of these three components in solids at different elution sites was used as an indicator to determine the ethanol eluent concentration. Results: Protocatechuic aldehyde was enriched, the best resin was HPD-600, the elution solvent was 50% ethanol, the enrichment of caffeic acid, the best resin was HPD-600, the elution solvent was 95% ethanol; For the acid, the best resin is AB-8, and the elution solvent is 95% ethanol. Conclusion: This experiment lays the foundation for the research on the enrichment process of Zeelandia phenolic acids, and provides the key technology for the in-depth study of the chemical composition of Zeeland.
