研究了电容探测器的探测场特征。首先以两电极电容探测器为研究对象,依据电磁场理论推导出电容探测器的探测场为一准静电探测场。然后在这一准静电场条件下,对鉴频式和耦合式探测器的探测场域分别进行仿真。仿真结果显示耦合式探测器周围的等势线较鉴频式的密集,且分布区域更广,充分表明耦合式探测器的探测灵敏度较鉴频式探测器的灵敏度更高。
The probing field characteristics of capacitance detector are studied. First, the two-electrode capacitance detector is taken as the research object, and the detection field of the capacitance detector is deduced to be a quasi-static detection field according to the electromagnetic field theory. Then, under the condition of quasi-electrostatic field, the detection fields of frequency-matched and coupled detectors are simulated respectively. The simulation results show that the equipotential lines around the coupled detectors are more dense than the frequency-discriminating ones and have a wider distribution area, which shows that the detection sensitivity of the coupled detectors is higher than that of the frequency detector.
