“微格师训”一词源于“微格教学”。美国斯坦福大学的Dwight Allen教授将其定义为:“一个有控制的实习系统,它使师范生有可能集中解决某一特定的教学行为,或在有控制的条件下进行学习。”它是“建筑在教育教学理论、视听理论和技术基础上,系统训练教师教学技能的方法”。当前,教师专业化运动正在蓬勃兴起,教师的职后培训得到专业机构和教育行政部门的高度重视,而校本培训作为具有多重专业意义的教师职后培训正日益受到关注。如何运用微格教学的思想,提高校本培训的有效性,进而大力促进教师专业成长,成为学校培养优秀
