全参数化设计是快速研究与开发同类产品的重要手段。以Pro/E4.0软件为平台,以直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,对其模型各参数之间的关系进行了分析,并利用方程式曲线、曲面拉伸、曲面合并、曲面实体化、曲面阵列和PROGRAM等命令,对直齿圆柱齿轮进行了全参数化设计。该全参数化设计的直齿圆柱齿轮通过PROGRAM命令修改其中的几个主要参数,能够快速得到相应参数的直齿圆柱齿轮,体现了全参数化设计快捷、方便的优点。
