目的分析新建医院体检中心医院感染的危险因素,探讨预防和管理措施。方法 2012年4月-12月对某新建医院体检中心医院感染的危险因素进行分析,制定一系列医院感染防控措施:开展医务人员的知识培训、加强对针刺伤的管理、严格执行消毒灭菌、加强环境卫生管理和实施医疗废物规范分类管理。结果医护人员正确执行无菌技术操作、手卫生依从性提高、医院环境卫生学监测合格、医疗废物分类规范、无1例医院感染和职业暴露发生。结论采取合理的预防和管理措施,可以提高体检中心医务人员医院感染防控意识,有效地预防医院感染的发生。 Objective To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in medical center of newly built hospital and discuss the preventive and management measures. Methods From April to December 2012, the risk factors of nosocomial infection in a new hospital physical examination center were analyzed, and a series of nosocomial infection prevention and control measures were formulated: training medical personnel, strengthening the management of acupuncture injuries, strictly implementing disinfection and disinfection Bacteria, strengthen environmental sanitation management and implementation of standardized management of medical waste. Results The medical staff performed the correct aseptic technique, improved the compliance of hand hygiene, passed the hospital environmental hygiene monitoring, and standardized the classification of medical waste. No case of nosocomial infection and occupational exposure occurred. Conclusion Reasonable prevention and management measures can improve the awareness of hospital infection prevention and control of medical staff in medical examination centers and effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
