此文论述广西栗木锡矿选炼厂钨锡细泥高梯度磁选的研究结果。钨锡细泥含WO_37.51%,含锡24.79%.要求经高梯度磁选后,钨精矿含Sn 及锡精矿含WO_3均小于5%,钨、锡精矿回收率均达50%。现场曾用南宁冶金研究所研制的立盘湿式强磁选机处理,选矿指标不理想,故要求进行高梯度磁选的研究。在条件试验的基础上,原矿经酸洗和脱铁后只用一祖一精的开路流程印获得了良好的招标。钨精矿含Snl.775%,含WO_330.52%,WO_3的回收率50.22%;锡精矿含WO_32.1%,含Sn39.14%,锡的回收率91.97%。都超过了要求的指标。此试验结果为栗木锡矿利用高梯度磁选处理此种钨锡细泥提供了基本技术依据,有较大的实际意义。
This article discusses the results of the high gradient magnetic separation of tungsten-tin fine mud in Liulin, Tibet.
