目的分析低浓度苯作业工人外周血象及尿反反式粘糠酸(tt-MA)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)浓度改变及影响因素,探究低浓度苯接触是否引起作业工人健康损害并为筛选苯的暴露及效应标志提供依据。方法选取某大型石化企业低浓度苯接触工人256人与某高新技术企业不接苯工人155人,调查问卷收集研究对象一般情况、生活习惯及职业史等情况,采集生物样本,检测血常规指标及尿tt-MA、8-OHdG浓度,使用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果两组血常规指标存在显著性差异,尿中tt-MA含量差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01);WBC计数与接苯工龄及尿中tt-MA、8-OHdG浓度存在相关关系。结论低浓度苯接触可引起工人外周血细胞计数降低,尿ttMA浓度增高。
Objective To analyze the changes of peripheral blood and urinary anti-trans-tocopheryl acid (tt-MA) and 8-OHdG concentration in low-concentration benzene workers and their influencing factors to explore whether low-concentration benzene exposure causes the health of workers Damage and screening for benzene exposure and the effect of signs provide the basis. Methods A total of 256 low-concentration benzene exposure workers in a large-scale petrochemical enterprise and 155 high-tech enterprises without benzene workers were collected. The questionnaires were collected on the general conditions, living habits and occupational history of the subjects. Biological samples were collected and blood routine indexes Urine tt-MA, 8-OHdG concentration, using SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data. Results There were significant differences in blood routine indexes between the two groups. There was a significant difference in urinary tt-MA content between the two groups (P <0.01). There was a correlation between WBC count and the length of t-MA and 8-OHdG in urine. Conclusion Exposure to low concentrations of benzene can cause workers to lower peripheral blood cell counts and increase urine ttMA concentrations.
