一、能否更多地为各级领导提供有用的鲜活信息,关键在于信息人员的事业心、责任感。目前正处在“两个转变”时期,新情况、新问题举目皆是,可以说党政信息的信息源十分丰富。但是,从我们的信息渠道上报的信息,不论是质量还是数量都不足以反映改革开放热火朝天的现实。这是一个很大的反差。每次我们下去调查研究或听取有关部门汇报下去调研的情况,就感到有许多问题需要研究,有许多情况十分鲜活。比如关于贯彻农村政治工作会议的情况,下去看一看,内容非常多,需要研究的问题非常多,我们的信息渠道对此却反应冷淡,报上来的信息也是隔靴搔痒。为什么会出现这种情况?我反复考虑,除了抓信息、写信息的技巧问题和水平问题外,最主要的还是各级信息人员的事业心、责任感问题,是满腔热忱地面对生活还是冷漠被动地面对生活的态度问题。没有高度的事业心、责任感,就不会主动地思考问题、研究问题;以不变应万变,对热火朝天的和改革实践和现实生活熟视无睹,以为没什么经验可总结、没什么问题可分析、没什么信息可上报,就不可能在信息工作上有所作为。相反,有了高度的事业心、责任感,就会主动地想问题、干事情,就会发现鲜活的信息俯拾皆是。总之,要提高信息工作的质量,首先必须解决信息人员的事业心、责任感问题。
