无论是结构还是功能,身体都更适应亿万年来在自然中养成的运动习惯,而非呆坐于屏幕前。但是,宅文化却开始蔓延。除了脑袋和手以外,其他器官看起来都显得如此多余。然而大脑对于这种一厢情愿的重视却并不领情,因为尽管置身钢筋水泥,我们的大脑却是在自然中演化形成。虽然人类不是最强壮的,但却是最有耐力的动物,我们的身体为耐力提供了最优化的设计,退化的体毛帮助散热,颈部发达的韧带帮助固定头部……运动可以让这些功能表现得更好。尤其是我们宝贵的大脑,它带领人类克服重重困难,也在不断的运动中发展。
