领导者的品性特征,情感投入,率性天真,宏阔场景,激励手段,公开程度以及破坏力度,每一个维度,往往都不是非黑即白、泾渭分明,而是交互作用,对立统一。因此,领导力的有效性在于领导者在上述维度的表现组合以及对各种内在张力的掌控拿捏有个说法曾经很流行:一个基层领导,比如生产队长,如果只看他的优秀事迹,可以披红戴花上北京当模范;如果把他的恶行劣迹全部抖搂出来,可以让他立刻停职反省甚至锒铛入狱。他的确是一个非常有领导力的干部,也确实是有很多问题。是不是有领导力的人注定会有这样那样的问题?能否只得到魔鬼的魔法而不要魔鬼本人?
