高校图书馆社会服务能力不仅是图书馆自身实力的标志,也是高校和图书馆对社会贡献的一个直接体现。对北京高校而言,在京津冀一体化大战略中,高校和图书馆社会服务能力的提升将直接体现在北京建设“四个中心”的宏伟大业中。提高北京高校图书馆的社会服务能力,首先需要弄清楚北京高校图书馆社会服务状况。通过利用网络和微信平台对北京高校图书馆的社会服务状况进行调研,掌握其社会服务的现状,弄清存在的问题和障碍,并从改进办馆理念、创新服务模式、提高社会服务层次、制定地方法规等几个方面提出提高社会服务能力的建议。 The social service ability of the university library is not only a sign of the library’s own strength, but also a direct manifestation of the contribution of colleges and libraries to the society. For Beijing universities, in the grand Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy, the improvement of the social service capability of universities and libraries will be directly reflected in the great cause of Beijing’s “four centers”. To improve the social service ability of Beijing university libraries, we must first understand the social service status of Beijing university libraries. Through the use of the Web and WeChat platform, we investigated the social service conditions of Beijing university libraries, grasped the status quo of social services, clarified the existing problems and obstacles, and improved the concept of office management, innovated service mode, raised the level of social service, and formulated Local laws and regulations and several other aspects put forward suggestions to improve the ability of social services.
