区域路网中某路段发生交通事故时,若上游到达车辆通过拥堵路段的行程时间大于驾驶员的可容忍时间,则车辆选择绕行,此时就存在区域路网交通流重新分配问题,即交通配流问题。文中通过对绕行条件、绕行路径的分析,利用节点联系强度系数、路径选择模型确定了各路径的交通配流量,从而使区域路网流量均衡分配,达到新的平衡。
